Austrian Logistics Conference 2003 - Logistics Summer Leoben

For the first time the Logistics-Center-Leoben (Austria) organised the Logistics Summer Leoben (http://www.logistik-club.at) under the headline of „Business Excellence in Logistics“. The conference was organised in co-operation with University of Leoben on  28th / 29th August 2003.

In total a group of 10 Topmanagers and repressentatives of the leading Austrian and German Industries reported on innovative logistics solutions including topics such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics Outsourcing, Global Supply Chains etc.

Priority was given to reports on real projects delivering most practical solutions to the audience.

Due to the positive feedback of the more than onehundred participants the organisers have declared to keep the this event on an annual basis in summer time.
